First thing what people see in your business is your strengths. It can be your experience, your contacts, clients database, financial stability, your team and much more than this your management skills. Analyze your strengths first and showcase the same to the world by your work. 

2. Weaknesses
No one is perfect. Yes you heard right. Everyone has some strengths and weaknesses in them but the good thing is you can overcome them with time. You need to work on your weaknesses such as your team, marketing strategy, finances etc. 

3. Opportunity
Opportunity lies in your hand either take it or leave it for others. But what if you create opportunities of your own. You need to analyze the market and create your own space. You can develop your own intellectual properties based on market trends and current synerio.

4. Threats
This is the most important thing to be analyzed before starting your business. You need to analyze your competitors, Govt policies, weather, crisis management, working capital, etc
