1. Venue
Rather than booking any venue for pre wedding events you can organise the event on your terrace with some floral decor ( day light event) or lighting for night events.

2. Use artificial flowers.
Ask your vendor to place artificial flowers instead of fresh flowers which can reduce your cost on the event. 

3. Photography
In weddings take a complete package for both sides which can reduce the photography budget for your wedding.

4. Off season wedding.
If you go for off season wedding you can get huge discounts on venue as well as on decor.
