The most important thing in event business is good contacts. You should try and socialize your life and make contacts according to your niche industry by participating in public events which will not make a hole in your pocket.

2. Start From Home
You don't need a big office to start. You can meet your clients at their office or at a cafeteria near by you. In begining avoid office rent and furniture cost.

3. Multi Tasking
You are your own boss and the employee. Have trust in yourself and manage your work accordingly. In begining you may have to create proposals, edit graphics for social media and do business development. But this is not going to be for whole life. Once you have few projects in hand, you can outsource the same or hire few people. 

4. Use online free tools.
In begining you don't need to invest huge on paid softwares. You can use online softwares like canva to fulfill your graphics need.

4. Website 
You can create an impressive website using Wordpress or wix.com and showcase your strengths and services you offer with no money or you can take help from any professional at a price of as low as 5 thousand to 8 thousand. 

3. Business Cards
Get your business cards ready and exchange them with your potential clients at networking events or professional meetings. You can order these cards online at as low as Rs 200.

4. Social Media
In the era of Digital India, Social media plays an important role. You can make your presence on social media handles like FB, Instagram & Youtube. Share some useful stuff on these platforms and create brand awareness for your company at no cost.


These points can help you get few clients in the beginning but make sure to serve your clients at your best so that you can develop a long lasting relationship with them which will benefit you in a long run.
